"It feels great, because I'm with the right person," Bethenny told the mag. "He's may be regretting it because it's been beyond a week and he's in panic mode - [but] no, we're enjoying it."Jason, 38, popped the question on October 8 after 11 months of dating, making the big move at home in Bethenny's Upper East Side apartment.

According to the mag, she arrived home that day to find her hallway filled with rose petals and votive candles -- and her man."You are the love of my life. Will you marry me?" Jason asked her.
Jason told the mag that he was ready for a life with the outgoing star.
